My philosophy about helping you arrange your travel is simple:
- Answer your email within 24 hours during weekdays and non-holiday periods and within 72 hours during weekend and holiday periods.
- Notify you when I am out of town myself and yet keep in contact via email
- Discretion. Having high end clients I never buy, sell or trade your personal information. Your trip is your business. Period.
- Keep pricing down. This includes communication by email as much as possible to help eliminate high phone bills. The savings are passed on to you.
- Honesty. I will do my best to obtain your special requests, however, on the rare occasion I am unable to help, I will let you know.
- Limited Client Base. I offer just a few group trips per year in order to offer all travelers the highest quality of service at the best possible price.
